Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov met with Libyan Foreign Minister in the UN-backed Government of National Accord (GNA) Mohamed Taher Siala in Moscow on Wednesday.
According to Lavrov, the diplomats are going to discuss international efforts in Libyan conflict settlement.
Siala on his turn noted that the negotiations take place in a “critical time” for Libya.
